Pickup, payment and cancellation policy
Pickup
Pickups take place strictly during your selected time window at the pickup address in your confirmation email. If you are running late or unable to arrive within your window, please notify us immediately. Orders not picked up by the end of the pickup window without prior communication may be forfeited without a refund.
Payment
Card orders are paid in full at checkout by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. E-transfer orders must be paid within 24 hours of the confirmation email, with the order number in the e-transfer message.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup date receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If your order is for an event or is a large order ($100 or more), different cancellation terms may apply and will be confirmed with your quote.
